Have you ever had the oppurtunity to meet someone who inspires you. Someone who renews your energy and revives your drive. I was privileged enough to work with a Buyer recently who was that person.
I met Cleveland at a time in my business when I was making the conversion from working harder to learning to work smarter. He came to me from a phone duty lead, right away I could tell we were going to mesh well. He was renting an apartment, at the time, and was ready to take advantage of the great interest rates and step up to home ownership. Even over the phone his positive energy was contagious. As a singe guy he relied on me for considerable guidance in his home purchase. He truly valued my opinion, and the service provider referrals I provided him with. He was what I needed at this moment in time to know that my recent business decisions were the right way to go.

One of the great things about this business, is that it is "YOUR" business. One of the commitments I made is to not work with those people with personality disorders, i.e. "JERKS". That has really helped to make this the greatest of "JOBS".
