Not only should there be a sense of urgency for the homebuyers.... but any sellers who have been thinking of listing shoud get on the market! As in November, many buyers wanting to take advantage of the tax credit will offer a little higher price to secure a contract. Short sales won't see much action by these buyers as they will be looking for Bank owned and traditional sales.
Now is the time to get those listings on the market!
